SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the internal Berkeley Chapel of the Flowers SMS Program used by authorized Chapel team members for concierge and venue operations.

Information we collect and use

We collect participating team members’ mobile numbers, consent records, message content, delivery information, and the venue-inquiry details needed for booking coordination. We use this information only to operate, secure, and improve Chapel communications and event operations.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services solely to deliver the program.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for event coordination, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the recipient’s requests and Chapel activity. Message and data rates may apply.
