This policy covers the Berkeley Chapel of the Flowers event-coordination text messaging program.

We collect participating coordinators’ mobile numbers, message content, delivery information, and related event-request details. We use this information only to operate, secure, and improve Chapel event coordination and to respond to support requests.

Sharing

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that help deliver and operate the program, when required by law, or to protect the Chapel, its visitors, and its systems.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for event coordination, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance.
