SMS Terms & Conditions

The Berkeley Chapel of the Flowers SMS Program is an internal operations channel for authorized Chapel team members. It sends recurring messages containing venue-inquiry summaries, calendar availability, booking status, reminders, customer follow-up tasks, operational alerts, requests for decisions, and event logistics. Customer correspondence is handled separately in Gmail; this program does not send public marketing, promotions, or mass announcements.

Opting in

Authorized Chapel team members opt in by reviewing these Terms & Conditions and texting START to (510) 288-2902. Only team phone numbers authorized by the Chapel receive operations messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service, and we do not use purchased or shared contact lists.

Confirmation message

After texting START, recipients receive: “Berkeley Chapel of the Flowers: You’re subscribed to internal Chapel concierge and venue operations messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Terms: https://chapeloftheflowers.love/terms.html Privacy: https://chapeloftheflowers.love/privacy.html”

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the recipient’s requests and Chapel activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping or getting help
